Jun 10 Skill-Pill supports UAE Customer Service Week

London; Dubai: June 22, 2010: Skill-Pill M-Learning [SPML] has announced a partnership with the UAE Customer Service Week, offering content to delegates and exhibitors. The inaugural UAE Customer Service Week, supported by the UAE Government and in association with the Middle East's leading strategic customer service solutions provider, Ethos Consultancy, takes place from June 20 - 24, 2010.

 

Skill-Pills are 2-minute video briefings delivered directly to mobile devices. They are designed to provide users with the right skills and information, wherever and whenever they need it.

 
Visitors to the Customer Service Week website will be invited to view Skill-Pills dealing with subjects such as 'Turning Complaints into Compliments', 'Service with Soul' and 'Talking to your Service Teams'.
