Gerry founded Skill-Pill m-Learning in 2006. He is also founder of the Business Communication Forum and a former director of London Business School. He has fifteen years of experience in training and has developed online solutions for companies such as Sun Microsystems, Kraft Foods and Diageo. Gerry is author of five business books.
Susan Croft, Director & Head, external relations
Susan is a corporate trainer and PR practitioner. She ran her own PR agency in Los Angeles for several years and has also worked for leading PR firm, Hill & Knowlton, a part of the WPP Group. She teaches at a number of universities in the USA and UK and also runs bespoke training for organisations in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Susan has written two books and authored many articles on communications related topics.
